Choosing the Right Forum
The right strategy depends on the nature of the debt, the counterparty's solvency and the speed required. We assess each matter on its commercial merits — sometimes a Section 9 IBC notice triggers settlement within weeks; in other cases, a summary suit or arbitration is the better route. We avoid the common trap of filing reflexively in one forum and getting stuck.
Beyond the Order
An order is only as good as its execution. We pursue attachment, garnishee proceedings, sale of assets and corporate insolvency triggers where needed, and coordinate with investigators and forensic teams in fraud-driven recovery situations.
