Advocate Madhu Rana
Madhu Rana is the Founder of Jura Consultants and brings over 14 years of experience across litigation, corporate advisory, and regulatory compliance. She has extensive expertise in corporate law, dispute resolution, employment law, intellectual property, and sector-specific technical compliance, including environmental regulations, BIS standards, and data protection frameworks.
Over her career, she has served startups, MSMEs, corporates, and individual clients, providing practical, research-driven legal solutions tailored to complex regulatory and commercial challenges. Her experience spans in-house counsel roles, legal training, and academic faculty positions, offering a unique 360-degree understanding of legal systems in both corporate and policy contexts.
Madhu is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Law, focusing on migrant workers and social security, and continues to actively engage in legal research and education, reinforcing her commitment to both scholarship and practice.
Madhu believes in delivering legal counsel that is clear, actionable, and aligned with practical business realities, enabling clients to navigate legal and regulatory challenges with confidence.
